Our Core Values

Christ-Centered:  Jesus is the ultimate example of loving your neighbor. He modeled service and was others centered. As we follow His lead and trust in His power, we bring the greatest resource to others while growing deeper in our own relationship with God.

We love because He first loved us. 1 John 4:19

Community:  We bring neighbors together in the Lake Travis Community so that no one has to be alone, everyone knows they have value, and all recognize that we each have a contribution to make in the community where we live.

For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.  Matthew 18:20

Compassion:  We make ourselves available to God and others, joining our neighbors in their struggles.  We make the effort to know and understand everyone so we can give care and comfort.

Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep.  Romans 12:15

Connection: We offer the best of ourselves when we connect with other people in the community through our unique gifts, talents, and resources.

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.  Hebrews 10:24-25

Commitment:  We give relationships the time and effort necessary for God’s redemptive work to mature each of us as we move forward together.

And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.  Galatians 6:9
